Something About Love

There's something about love
It brings us together
It sets us apart
It brings us red roses
It sits with warm tea

When do we see it?
Some never do...
Sad, yes, but true.

When do we see it?
Sometimes,
        we see it in morning,
        after dark dawn
        or else in the sunset,
        when life comes undone.

Grasp when you have love,
Or risk being incomplete.
For we were made for love,
Whether bitter or sweet.



Two Hearts

Two hearts beat as one...
A new life together,
Finally begun.


Some Say...

Some people say, "Love does not exist."
To them I give this reply:
"Can you feel the stars at night?
Or see the wind apart from trees?
Love exists only when seen,
In people such as you and me."
